Defending World Series champs aren’t the top MLB season win total team for 2020

With spring training only a month away, MLB futures are starting to heat up including the 2020 season win totals, which just hit the board at PointsBet sportsbooks.

After a disappointing end to last season in the American League Championship Series, the New York Yankees spent all of the offseason building their team to ensure that doesn’t happen again. They sit atop of the majors with an over under of 101.5, followed by the Los Angeles Dodgers, who are also seeking redemption after losing to the eventual World Series champion Washington Nationals in the NLDS.

Despite being the current World Series champs and having spent the winter re-signing key peices such as pitcher Stephen Strasburg, the Nationals sit behind six other teams with an Over/Under of 89.5 wins for 2020.
